About Us

Committed to Your Mental Well-Being

At Mindful Horizons Psychiatry, we believe every patient deserves personalized care rooted in understanding and empathy. Our nurse practitioner is dedicated to providing evidence-based treatments to help you thrive.

She is devoted to improving lives by breaking down these barriers, de-stigmatizing therapy and mental illness, and enhancing access to quality mental health services. Committed to providing culturally competent care, she is also a proud LGBTQ+ ally, consistently going above and beyond to support her clients.

She understands that although she has the training, you are the expert of your own experiences. She is here to listen, learn, and support you in figuring out the best way forward. While none of this may be easy, it is certainly doable together.
